Agreement
By creating an account, purchasing credits or a subscription, or using LuraMesh, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be legally capable of entering this agreement and provide accurate account information.
The service
LuraMesh provides automated tools for uploading, processing, optimizing, storing, viewing, and downloading 3D assets. Results may vary by model, settings, file format, and processing method. You are responsible for reviewing generated output before relying on it.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant LuraMesh a limited license to host, copy, process, transform, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the requested service. You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and process it.
Acceptable use
You must not upload unlawful or infringing material, compromise or probe the service, evade usage limits, disrupt other users, misuse APIs, distribute malware, or use LuraMesh to violate another person’s rights.
Credits, subscriptions, and billing
Processing consumes credits according to model complexity and the pricing displayed at purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Paddle processes payments and provides billing self-service. Cancellation normally takes effect according to the option selected in Paddle. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless LuraMesh expressly permits it.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features and may impose reasonable limits to protect reliability and security. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned material pricing changes will apply prospectively as required by law.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuraMesh is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. LuraMesh is not responsible for lost source files, unsuitable generated output, indirect damages, or losses caused by misuse. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches, fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, or nonpayment. You may stop using the service at any time and manage an active subscription through the billing portal.
