Information we collect

We collect account information such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, plan, and credit balance. When you use LuraMesh, we also process uploaded 3D models, filenames, file metadata, processing settings, generated results, usage records, device and diagnostic information.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to measure page visits, traffic sources, and interactions with our website. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser, device, and usage information. You can accept or decline analytics and change your choice through Analytics preferences. Declining does not prevent you from using LuraMesh. Advertising personalization is disabled.

Payments

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle. LuraMesh receives transaction, customer, subscription, invoice, and entitlement information needed to provide the service. We do not receive or store your complete card number.

How we use information

• Provide, secure, and improve mesh-processing services.
• Authenticate accounts and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Process purchases, credits, subscriptions, and customer support.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and security obligations.

Service providers

We use service providers including Clerk for authentication, Paddle for billing, hosting and database providers, and storage and infrastructure providers. They process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Your files and retention

Your uploaded and generated files are used to perform the operations you request. We retain account, transaction, security, and processing records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations. You should retain your own backup copies of important files.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal information. Legal and transaction records may be retained where required. To make a request, contact support@luramesh.com.

Security and changes

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service is completely secure. We may update this policy as the service or law changes and will publish the revised date on this page.
